The private limited company Victa B.V., located at Demmersweg 10 in Hengelo (hereinafter: "Victa"), registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 08225460, processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself.

2.3 Personal data provided to us by our business partners. Our business partners guarantee that they have received consent to share and use your personal data with us.

3 Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16, unless with the permission of parents or guardians. However, Victa cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16 years old. Therefore, we advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without permission, please contact us at privacy@victa.nl, and we will delete this information.

8 Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to privacy@victa.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, we ask you to black out your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN) in order to protect your privacy. Victa will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks.

Victa takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
